Notes and Additional Charges
- All fees are non-negotiable and due upon receipt of reports. All submissions incur a minimum fee of $50 ($60), even if the item is withdrawn prior to issuance of a report.
- If origin cannot be determined, only the minimum fee will be charged, i.e. $160 ($185) (for fancy sapphire, emerald or tourmaline) or $230 ($265) (for ruby or blue sapphire). In the case of large stones where the ID Report fee is more than the minimum Origin Report fee, the fee charged will be for that of the ID Report.
Mounted blue sapphires submitted for origin determination are subject to an additional fee of $75 ($90).
